Restricted breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.

Maximum weight: 75 lbs. per animal
Maximum number of animals: 4 per apartment
All lease-holding residents must set up a profile in Pet Screening for any animals on the lease agreement, required for the full length of residency.
